  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Delivery Within the EU: Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping Cost (EU): Free standard shipping on orders over €100 delivered within the European Union.

  • Tracking: A tracking link is provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Delivery Partners: Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as PostNL, DHL, DPD, or equivalent providers.

  • Customs & Duties (Non EU Orders): International customers outside the EU may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.

  • Lost or Delayed Parcels: If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing from within the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. We offer an extended 30 day return window for eligible items.

  1. Step 1 – Submit a return request using our Return Request Form.

  2. Step 2 – You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request.

  3. Step 3 – Within 24–48 hours, we review your request and send a return shipping label or instructions.

  4. Step 4 – Securely package the item in its original packaging and attach the provided return label.

  5. Step 5 – Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. 

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

  • Earrings that have been unsealed or worn cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  • Custom or personalised items are non returnable.

  • For defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of shipment (whichever comes first). Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Delivery upgrades beyond standard shipping are non refundable.
